Our World Class Customer Experience creates a watch-buying event for our clients. We have a luxurious private showroom in the New York’s Diamond District, Currently opened New Miami Design District location along with our newest location coming to Aspen Colorado. Along with our Boutiques Avi & Co has a robust e-commerce platform to cater to domestic and international clients.
Primary Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to promote a positive work environment and exceed KPIs 
  • Lead by example. Step into sales calls and/or in person client interaction to “close the sale”
  • Manage/ Lead sales for high revenue clients 
  • Set and track monthly sales KPI’s and create a strategy to achieve those KPIs 
  • Set individual sales targets for the sales team
  • Conduct quarterly performance review and evaluations for the sales team
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports on sales leads, sales conversions, sales by brand, etc. 
  • Report monthly to the executive team on the progress of the sales team. 
  • Analyze monthly report and create strategies for areas of improvement.
  • Become an expert in our systems and processes. Act as a subject matter expert in the Sale Department.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing the highest level of customer service and white glove service. 
  • Ensure all sales are processed correctly and efficiently 
  • Create sales orders and work closely with buying, finance, inventory, and shipping departments on order management and fulfilment. Manage the end-to-end transaction for the client
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition. Continually develop knowledge of the business climate.
  • Work cross functionally on a variety of projects that could include automation, reporting, improved SLA’s, CRM improvements, ETC.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and other departments on lead generation. 
  • Promote the organization and products. Be a brand ambassador in and out of the office.
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot to accommodate expanding needs of the business 
  • Other Duties as assigned
Requirements: 
  • 7 years of experience, (2 years in management) preferably in sales operations, consulting, analysis, or sales
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting and exceeding goals
  • Strong, proven leadership skills in similar position.
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office.
  • Multilingual a plus. 
Experience in the luxury watch or jewelry industry highly preferred
